Si no tienes black out en tu rec\u00e1mara puedes optar por un antifaz.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1440\" &nbsp;triptofano que es un neurotransmisor que ayuda a la producci\u00f3n de serotonina lo que nos ayuda a conciliar el sue\u00f1o.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><img hidratado,<\/strong> es un punto b\u00e1sico para nuestra vida diaria ya que el mantenernos hidratados nos ayuda a eliminar toxinas, a evitar dolores de cabeza y por ello si tenemos un cuerpo recuperar energ\u00eda y, se vale mientras no nos excedamos de 20 a 30 minutos ya que si dormimos 1 o 2 horas lo m\u00e1s probable es que en la noche nos cueste trabajo notificaciones y dem\u00e1s cosas que implican las redes sociales nos estimulan, lo mismo que la misma luz del celular y eso en vez de ayudar a relajarnos nos mantiene despiertos y, definitivamente nunca est\u00e1 de m\u00e1s darnos un descanso de la tecnolog\u00eda.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video aligncenter\"><video height=\"2144\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 2326 \/ 2144;\"
